Thorough, precise, best way to describe that experience was a cross between the personable, but outdated family physician and one of those sterile Cleveland Clinic see's you for 6.5 minutes, prescribes and out the door types. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Dr. Khandewals office because my insurance was in network however the office is so poorly run. Any time I have called to ask a question about my prescription they always tell me they will call back after they speak with the doctor and never do. I have to call a week later to find out what is going on. Also, the doctor prescribed me escitalopram10 mg and is requiring that I come in every 3 months for a follow up. I no longer have insurance so I have to pay out of pocket EVERY 3 months just to tell them my low dosage of anxiety medication is ok. I am now moving and they want me to pay for a follow up appointment and can't even tell me how many refills I will get after coming in. I wish they would have told me how often I would have to come in BEFORE putting me on these meds and I may have reconsidered it. Now that I have been on it a few months I'm nervous to just stop taking it because I've heard the anxiety is horrible once you stop the meds.March 11, 2017by Rose Frantz
